Today Lauren turns ONE
aunty audrey said she and her family will be celebrating Lauren's fisrt bday at rakuzen tonight. but on Sunday, we were invited to Club 16 at YKS for a yet another scrumptious lamb buffet. we arrived and mami saw a huge ball pool from far so i had brought you and sailo there to take a plunge. not only you kids had fun, it seems that babee was having a ball of a time in the ball pool too with u kids. sailo was afraid of the "wave" in the pool, but later he was alright. as usual, you ran about to mingle with old frens such as daren and davin, belen and ruey...
the birthday gal came out much later to join us, she was in a beautiful pink top just like the one mami wore for your birthday...hehhehhee...(i took pictures with her, but will only be posted much later as thumbdrive is not with me). lauren looks typically like a doll, her hair clipped up and her dresses were so beautiful. all mothers gathered around the table to chat and gossip while all kids socialised amongst one another.
during the cake cutting session, a.am and mami was one the "kiasu" ones, we took positions rapidly in front of the camera and we were practically in every photo. i carried reeve while a.julie carried you. at each photo, you would stick your 2 fingers high in the air..so cute!! reeve was suppose to give lauren a kiss but ends up being kissed by the doll each time. the cake was of the MADAGASCAR theme, it carries a giraffe, a pig, a "purple" elephant, a some other characters. i asked you "what do you want renee?" "mami i want the purple elephant"...a.julie said she knew you would choose that, just like your mami - purple mania!
ruey also wanted the same elephant but at the end, u.billy gave it to you. mami carefully removed the animals from the cake so that a.audrey can preserve them forever...as i was cutting out one by one, u.billy removed the letter "L" from LAUREN to put it in his mouth. it was too late for me to say anything, L is gone, so i only managed to save A, U, R, E, N. some petals, animals and leaves...(your uncle billy is a nut you know)...
we stayed for quite a bit till most guests have left, reeve and you were busy sharing toys with lauren in the living area. lil' sweety lauren was not sleepy at all, it was as if she knew she was the centre of attractions there.

harlo its CLUB 36 vp ... and the theme was noah ark ... hahaha well actually come to think of it could be madagascar too .. :P
hahaha, i was gonna ask - club 36 it is!!! anyway who cares s long s we had a great time
this daddy really loot la. got the whole cake there but he chose the "L"...
