Traffic Violator

This guy who tried to be farny was found violating traffic regulations:-

1. 1. "Standing" on the bike - both feet
2. 2. No Helmut
3. 3. No Shoes
4. 4. Legs not on peddle

Unfortunately our camera did not capture his face or registration number. So he is free to go this time...
